1. Eligibility

To register and use Mangala Vivaha, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age and of legal marriageable age in your jurisdiction.
• Are legally competent and free to marry (e.g., single, divorced, or widowed, or otherwise legally permitted to remarry).
• Are using the service in good faith with a genuine intention of seeking a life partner for matrimony.
• Will provide truthful, accurate, and current information about yourself.

2. Account Registration & Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile up to date. You may not create a profile for anyone other than yourself without their explicit authorization, and you may maintain only one account.

3. Profile Verification

To protect our community, all profiles are reviewed and verified by our administrators before becoming fully active. We may request additional information or documentation to confirm authenticity, and we reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any profile at our discretion.

4. Membership & Fees

Both membership plans are currently offered free of charge and are activated upon admin verification. We may introduce or change paid plans, features, and pricing in the future. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you pay, and payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a paid service has been activated.

5. User Conduct

To keep Mangala Vivaha safe and respectful, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm other members.
• Use the service for any purpose other than genuine matrimony — including soliciting money, advertising, recruiting, or any commercial or illegal activity.
• Post obscene, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content or photographs.
• Share other members’ personal information or photos outside the platform without consent.
• Attempt to scrape, copy, hack, overload, or interfere with the website or its security.
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or use bots or automated means to access the service.

6. Your Content & License

You retain ownership of the information, photos, and content you submit. By posting content, you grant Mangala Vivaha a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the matrimonial service. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to share it.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Mangala Vivaha is a platform that helps members discover and connect with potential matches. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, a relationship, or marriage, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of information posted by other members. We are not a party to any interaction, relationship, or marriage that results from using our services.

8. Safety & Independent Verification

While we verify profiles to the best of our ability, we cannot perform full background checks and do not independently confirm every detail provided by members. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment and caution. We strongly encourage you to independently verify any prospective match, involve your family, meet in safe public settings, and never send money to anyone you meet through the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

The Mangala Vivaha name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, provide false information, behave inappropriately toward other members, or for any conduct we consider harmful to the community. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mangala Vivaha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any conduct of members, arising out of or related to your use of the services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mangala Vivaha and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
